Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please bring your physical card and ID so we can verify benefits on arrival.
How are labs billed?
Most tests are processed through partner labs that bill your insurance directly. You may receive a separate statement from them.
Can I choose telehealth?
Yes, for many routine needs. However, physicals and some sick visits may require an in-person exam for the best care.
How do refills work?
Request refills via the portal or by calling us. Please allow 48 hours for us to review your chart and process the request.
