Dr. Aslam and Dr. Rafi are childhood friends whose shared passion for medicine coincidentally led them to attend the same medical school. Fast forward a few years, and their paths converged once again as colleagues at Baylor Scott and White. Dr. Aslam dedicated five years to the institution, while Dr. Rafi contributed three.
However, their commitment to patient-centric care and a desire to address the challenges within the complex and expensive healthcare system ignited a shared dream. The journey isn’t without its challenges, but their shared history, complementing skills, and a common purpose propel them forward. They worked tirelessly to create a space where the patient will always be at the center of every decision, and the focus will be on delivering personalized, compassionate, and affordable healthcare.
